With the car
Over the autobahn A8 exits Holzkirchen, Weyarn and Irschenberg or the autobahn A95 exit Sindelsdorf and continue over Bad Toelz on the B472. From a southerly direction , drive over the Inntal autobahn or the Achenpass.
With the train
Take all trains of the Deutsche Bahn to the Munich main station. Then, take one of the Bavarian Oberland trains, which leave every hour to one of the numerous stations in the region. The communities of Holzkirchen and Otterfing can also be reached from Munich by S-bahn (rapid-transit railway net). You can obtain additional information under www.bayerischeoberlandbahn.de.
Tölzer Land
With the car
The Bad Toelz area lies between the autobahns A 95 and A 8 with the federal highway 472 as the east west connection:
You reach the northern Toelzer region on autobahn A 95 (Munich – Garmisch-Partenkirchen) over the Wolfsrathausen exit. You reach the southern Toelzer region by exiting at Sindelsdorf or Kochel-Murnau on the A 95.Off the Munich – Salzburg autobahn A8 (the most expedient way) the way branches off at Holzkirchen (farther on the federal highway 13). Or you may take the Sauerlach exit into the northern Toelzer region.
Our main connection in direction east west is the federal highway 472. This connects the autobahn connections Sindelsdorf (A 95) from the west of Toelz and Irschenberg (A 8), east of the Toelzer region.
With the train
To journey into the Toelzer region you travel to the main train station Munich with the Bavarian Oberland train every hour over Holkirchen and Bad Toelz to Lenggries.
With the German Bahn train, you reach the southwest part of the Toelzer region over Bichl and Benediktbeuern to Kochel. The north of our region is directly connected to Munich via the suburban transit system ( the rapid-transit railway line 7) over Wolfsrathausen.

Over the autobahn A12, Wiesing exit and over the autobahn A8, Holzkirchen exit, via Tegernsee..
With the trainWith all trains of the Bavarian Oberland trains to station Jenbach (all express trains and also the ICE stop here) and (free for regional guests) the Regiobus as well as the Achensee steam rack railway.
